Iron Soul – Return Policy

At Iron Soul, we are committed to delivering high-quality apparel and complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a smooth and transparent return process in accordance with consumer protection laws in India.

Eligibility for Return
You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and unaltered.

• The item must be in its original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

• The item must not be damaged, stained, washed, or show any signs of wear.

• Innerwear, bodysuits, and other hygiene-sensitive categories are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@ironsoul.in with your order ID, reason for return, and clear images (if applicable). Once approved, our team will assist you in the reverse pickup process or provide the return shipping address.

Refund Process
Once the returned product passes quality inspection at our warehouse, we will initiate the refund.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, etc.).

• Refunds will be credited within 14 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

• If the product fails to meet the return eligibility criteria, the refund will be denied, and the product will be sent back to you.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable.

• In case of a return due to a defective or wrong item sent by Iron Soul, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.

Exchange Policy
Iron Soul currently does not support product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item with a different size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:

• Sale or discounted products

• Customized or personalized items

• Bodysuits, innerwear, or similar hygiene-sensitive apparel

Final Rights
Iron Soul reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our policy or show signs of misuse. Our decision in this regard will be final and binding.
